OSHO DYNAMIC MEDITATION

Osho Dynamic Meditation is a very powerful tool for transformation of one's life. It is a meditation which can bring you break through by liberating you from your old patterns of behavior as well as the discovery of new vitality and freshness. It brings one freshness and vitality, a feeling of being in your own place in life. When done with dedication, it has the power to crystallize your being. It is done in the morning and it is the best way to start the day; being fully in your body and energy, alert and ready for a new day. This meditation is also a very efficient technique to quickly make you experience the space of inner silence, a state without thoughts; the state of meditation.

OSHO KUNDALINI MEDITATION

Osho Kundalini meditation is best done at sunset. It is called sister of dynamic meditation. While Dynamic Meditation wakes up all our resources and prepares us for the day, Kundalini helps us to let go of all tensions and stresses accumulated in the activities during the day. Literally, we shake it off our body-mind system. Becoming empty again we enter more easily into meditation and come back to our inner home. This can be a beautiful way to relax after work and be fresh enough to enjoy free time in the evening.

 OSHO NADABRAHMA MEDITATION

In this meditation, we bring conflicting parts of us together. It can be done at any time during the day or night. Nada means sound- it is a humming meditation, which is an ancient Tibetan spiritual practice. In the second stage, we use particular hand movements which help us to open the heart and unite body and mind. When all oppositions come together; left and right, body and mind, inner and outer, giving and receiving it is very easy to slip out and become a witness to it all. This witnessing is what meditation is all about. It gives us feeling of ultimate freedom, unconditional peace, a feeling of coming home.

OSHO NATARAJ MEDITATION

Nataraj is a name for ecstatic dance energy. In this meditation, we allow our unconsciousness to be totally expressed through the wild, ecstatic dance. It is a practice in totality and letting go of control. We are invited to dance with such an intensity that the dancer disappears and only the dance remains. Only then, when there is no division between the dancer and the dance we can experience meditative state. This meditation is done with closed eyes so that all participants feel comfortable to "go crazy" without any fear of being watched.

OSHO CHAKRA BREATHING MEDITATION

Chakras are energetical centers of our body-mind system. There are seven chakras and each one is connected with some part of our body and corresponding categories of our mind. For example, the first chakra, often called base chakra lays deep in the sex center in the lower pelvic area and is related to sex and survival part of our consciousness. This meditation is like a journey through the space of each chakra which brings the experience of different energies, different facets of our being; from the wild, instinctual roots in the first chakra to the sublime heights of the seventh chakra. Through deep, rapid breathing we open, cleanse and activate each chakra which results in the unfolding of their hidden creative potential. There is so much more to who we are and this meditation takes us to the journey of discovering it.

OSHO CHAKRA SOUNDS MEDITATION

This soothing meditation brings harmony to your chakras (energy centers). It is possible simply to listen to the music or to sing, make vocal sounds together with the CD. It is a beautiful way to cleanse and harmonize one's body-mind system and to fall into deep peace and silence.

 OSHO MANDALA MEDITATION

Often called centering meditation, this dynamic and powerful technique provokes the opening of new layers of your energy. Mandala means circle. Each circle has its center. This meditation uses different ways of circling body movements with the aim of finding your inner center. It is a vigorous and intense experience which can awaken your ability to stay centered and present in the most demanding situations.

 OSHO NO DIMENSION MEDITATION

This meditation produces a similar effect like the whirling meditation. It consists of special Sufi movements and sounds, which are done in all directions but always come back to the hara-life energy center below the navel. There is also whirling stage followed by silent resting. This practice has the power of awakening one's awareness for the unmoving, witnessing part in us. Moving faster and faster in all directions makes the stillness of the center more evident, from where body and mind can be watched instead of being identified with them.

OSHO DEVAVANI MEDITATION

Devavani means Divine voice. This meditation uses the ancient method of "speaking in tongues" which is similar to baby talk. In other words, it is making sounds without any meaning. This "language" comes from different part of our brain and penetrates deep into the unconscious.

Here we also use Latihan technique which is a special use of body movements in a soft and uncontrolled manner. This meditation is all about deep relaxation. Therefore, even though it can be done at any time of the day, done at night it creates a profound sleep.

 OSHO GOURISHANKAR MEDITATION

Gourishankar is another name for Mount Everest, the highest peak of Himalaya. This meditation uses ancient tantric breathing technique which, when used properly, can make one high; psychedelic in a natural way. Awaken energy gets soften and integrated through the next three stages of mild gazing into candle light known as Tratak, then gentle body movements called Latihan and silent sitting as the final stage. It is best done in the evening /at night because darkness supports the mystery of this techniques. This meditation makes one sensitive for the mystic side of life and opens the door to receive subtle cosmic energies.

 OSHO WHIRLING MEDITATION

Whirling is an ancient Sufi technique. In whirling one can experience his body as something outside of himself while he becomes identified with the watcher at the center. It is a very powerful tool to go inside. While the whole body is moving something in you stays still, unmoving, centered. It is a beautiful way to experience centeredness which is not controlled but comes from the innermost core of our being. The second stage is silent resting. It is best done on empty stomach and on barefoot.
